1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using WobblePic ("the Software"), or by purchasing a license through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Software or make any purchases.

2. Software License

WobblePic is free to download and use for both personal and commercial purposes. The Software is provided under a freeware license — you may use it freely, but redistribution of the source code is not permitted. See our License page for full details.

3. Ad-Free License

WobblePic displays advertisements within the application. You may purchase an Ad-Free License to remove all in-app advertisements.

• Price: $3 USD (one-time payment)
• Delivery: A license key is delivered immediately after purchase via email
• Scope: The license key removes ads from the WobblePic desktop application and is valid for all future versions
• Activation: Enter the license key in the WobblePic settings to activate the ad-free experience

4. Payment and Processing

All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our authorized payment provider. We do not store or have access to your payment card information. Lemon Squeezy handles all payment processing, tax calculation, and receipt generation.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your ad-free license for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at wobblepic@gmail.com.

After 14 days, refunds are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WobblePic or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Software or purchase of a license, regardless of the cause of action.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the ad-free license.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
